About the Role:
In this role you will lead strategic portfolio-level initiatives, optimize sales and marketing operations, and build commercial capabilities within Germany for oncology business. You will drive operational excellence across brands, disease areas, and launches while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business priorities.
Your Contribution:
- Drive operational alignment and execution excellence across brands, disease areas, and product launches
- Serve as the point person for leading designated commercial operations services, ensuring efficiency across cross-functional areas
- Manage key portfolio-level initiatives for the General Manager in collaboration with German functions
- Build excellence in commercial operations, processes and outcomes. Analyze operational critical KPIs and co-create improvement plans in partnership with functional leads
- Oversee critical initiatives that enhance our culture, operations, and ways of working
- Build launch excellence capabilities tailored to the German market for successful cross-functional preparations
- Develop tools for launch planning and tracking to support commercialization efforts across the portfolio
A Good Match:
- Bachelor’s degree required (e.g. in Business Administration / Economics with a focus on healthcare or Natural Sciences) ; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in commercial operations within life sciences, biotech, or pharma industries in oncology
- Strong knowledge of EMEA promotional regulations, legal landscape, standard operating procedures, and biotech development processes
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Resourceful and driven with a collaborative mindset to work across teams and departments
- Proactive adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment while driving continuous improvement
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Fluent German as well as English language skills
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed
